Gopal:'How people learn?' Gopal’s is curious about how people learn. With interests spanning Technology, User Experience, Linguistics, and Economics, he is focused enhancing learning across diverse groups—from schoolchildren to college graduates, young professionals, and seasoned leaders. In 2012, Gopal founded Bsharp, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company dedicated to empowering frontline professionals to be more productive, stay future-ready, and lead better lives. Bsharp serves customers like Lenovo, Dell, Amazon, Fitbit, Johnson & Johnson, Levi’s, and IFB, delivering innovative solutions to enable and engage frontline teams. In 2025, Bsharp has launched Bsharp Converse, a grounds up AI native platform designed to transform enterprise learning. Extending its reach beyond enterprises, Bsharp leverages its social initiatives to bring the benefits of AI to college students. Gopal’s journey began with Sales & Marketing roles at HCL, Intel, and Lenovo, where he cultivated a deep passion for people development and technology. His guiding question—“How can we help people perform their best today while preparing them for tomorrow?”—continues to shape Bsharp’s mission. Gopal shares his thoughts on innovation, learning, and transformation through his blog, ‘Future Starts Mid-week’, envisioning possibilities that shape the future. Before work, Gopal strives to be a submissive husband :), an affectionate father, a good son, a reliable friend, an avid reader and a passionate photographer. Gopal earned his Electronics degree from CIT, Coimbatore, and an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
