About Gor Stepanyan

As a Technical Support Specialist, I have gained valuable experience in network administration, hardware and software support, and customer service. I have an intermediate professional degree in computing machines, complexes, systems, and networks from Yerevan State College of Informatics, and I have also completed courses at TUMO, a creative technologies center. Most recently, I worked at NORK Technology Center, a research and innovation hub, where I helped maintain and update their network infrastructure and devices, working with network switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. I also provided excellent technical assistance to their staff and researchers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Previously, I worked at Q-Group, a leading IT solutions provider, where I supported their clients with their printer drivers and printing systems, as well as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various IT equipment and software. I am passionate about technology and learning new skills, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities in this field.
