About Goran Puljic

After 30 years of full time work at a variety of roles on Wall Street, Melinda and I had the amazing opportunity to spend 1 1/2 years living and studying at Stanford University, through the Distinguished Careers Institute. We both energized some long repressed passions, Melinda for Agriculture, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship, and me for Renewable Energy and Engineering. We hope to leverage off these experiences and new-found knowledge to do different things, closer to our hearts, for our '2nd careers'. 2021 Update - Well, the educational 'repotting' seems to have done us good. Melinda is starting a flower farm business on our new property on Nantucket, and I am working on an innovative carbon sequestration project. I have also been busy as a fairly active early-stage new energy 'angel' investor, and have met many wonderful and inspiring people along the way. and have gotten to learn about the new technologies - some being currently employed, some just over the horizon - that will transform the business of energy, and reduce (and hopefully reverse) the negative consequences of global warming.
