About Goran Vukotic

In my current role as director of Keller Spain and Portugal, we have achieved continuos sales and profit growth. We have developed a strategic plan with the aim of increasing profitability, growing the range of products and building a business that is strongly focused on the customer. Several policies and methodologies were introduced under my direction, Lean among them, have allowed us to improve operational efficiency, incorporate improvement plans in project implementation, promote new technologies and systems related to land improvement and special foundations, optimize commercial processes, incorporate digital tools to monitor strategic leads and design events for the creation of sectorial knowledge hubs. I have more than 25 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering sector, specializing in soil improvement (gravel columns, jet grouting, injections, etc.) and special foundations (anchors, micro piles, piles, etc.). I have more than 25 articles to my credit in renowned national and international publications and have participated in more than 100 presentations. Throughout my professional career, carried out in more than 20 countries and 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America), I have assumed responsibility for projects and works (infrastructure, ports, industrial plants, building, underpinning), processes and construction methods (onshore and offshore), working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams and always ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines, worker safety, and optimal project results. I consider myself a committed and methodical professional, with leadership and negotiation skills, and oriented towards achieving results. Absolutely a team player, I look for the creation and management of high-performance teams that provide global solutions to different problems.
