About Gordon Coogan

I have conducted training and seminars to groups ranging in size from as little as 2 or 3 to as many as 50 or 60. I am comfortable presenting information and conveying ideas. I possess good written- and verbal-communication skills. I have experience managing both customer relationships as a direct sales person as well as managing partner relationships over the last eight years in the Indirect Channel of AT & T (a.k.a, Pacific Bell & SBC). My goal is to obtain a long-term, career-oriented position with a quality company. I would hope to use my industry-specific knowledge and experience, but would welcome the challenge of using my overall business-knowledge and experience in a new industry as well. Specialties: Ability to educate and convey technical information in an easily-understood manner. Data-network and IP-network designs as well as experience designing hosted-voice systems (Centrex and IP-Centrex).
