Working in the Healthcare Services industry, we often see technology improvements, medical breakthroughs and regulation improvements and changes that benefit the individuals who rely on these products and services that assist them with living an independent life. In addition to current role as Director of Corporate Services, I have the honor of coaching new franchises through on-boarding and territory development prior to opening. Working with each new franchise location to make sure they are in compliance with all federal/state/local regulations, inventory standards, warehousing, professional licenses and certifications, GL, WC and Vehicle insurance in effect, brand standards met, vehicles, trailers, tools purchased, leasing guidance, partnered with marketing for website development, social presence and integration of proprietary software. Serve as intermediator and liaison between our highly effective training, sales and business development teams. The on-boarding process has many structured tasks that helps the new franchise owners prioritize task to ensure a successful on-time start to their new franchise.
