With over 25 years of leadership experience in IT and service delivery, I have a proven track record of leading business transformation, growth, and turnaround for various businesses and clients across public and private sectors. I have successfully managed businesses and delivered complex and large-scale projects, programmes, and services using enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft, driving innovation, efficiency, and value. As a Client Executive Partner at Atos, a digital services company, I was responsible for the P&L, metric improvement, and customer satisfaction of all Atos business with the Metropolitan Police and other UK Police forces. My aim was to deliver great customer experiences and outcomes through data and digital transformation, setting the right strategy and driving internal transformation to achieve next-generation solutions. I was passionate about our delivery and service, creating and empowering great teams, and fostering an exciting and rewarding environment for them.
