Gordon Glover has over thirty years experience as a management and IT consultant, including ten years as a partner at Deloitte and ten years experience as the VP Professional Services (senior resource and portfolio manager) at a Microsoft Certified Partner. Created high performance teams. Experience as CIO in four organizations including project turnaround and rebuilding of IT departments. Has worked with diverse organizations (financial services, health, public, real estate and professional services) on technology and systems plans linking business strategy and systems. Strong expertise in enterprise transformation including process redesign, business strategy, change management and financial analysis, ERP / CRM package selection, modification and implementation, and web, client server and data management application development. “C” and Board level accountability for major projects / programs. Experience includes negotiating and working with external vendors and multi-organizational and multi-jurisdictional (including international) teams and clients. Able to build relationships at all levels of organization. Experience with both single multi-functional programs and multiple concurrent IT projects including staff of over 100.
