I lead from the front and challenge my teams and customers to embrace analytics, cloud modernisation, cloud security and Ai driven adoption for better business outcomes.Since Covid things have changed for us all no more than in the business world. upskilling our knowledge is key.Winning some of the most critical projects in my current customer that are truly driving digital transformation and Ai adoption has been very rewarding.$35m won in 2024. 2020 will be known as the year of Covid but for me it will be the year I achieved another goal and milestone, helping the Leadership Team at Proact complete a M&A in record time and boosting the share price. My personal skills are Business Transformation, Exceptional Sales people and Business development, Channel development and maximisation, customer engagement and building robust Eco-Systems to drive the Sales numbers.My customers see me as a thought leader and true long term partner, whilst my teams see me as a person with drive, passion, enthusiasm and a positive nature aligned to a coaching and mentoring mind-set. I believe in trust, honesty and a can do attitude. We are all humans and tapping into our personal needs and motivations is key to success in a thriving team. My business acumen and ability to make transformation a reality will be key to my role in helping Proact transform as a business and support their customer's evolution to Hybrid IT, Managed Services, Cloud, Data Analytics and SaaS. I am proud in 2019 to have been chosen and trained as a #revenuestorm coach. I am equally as proud in Q1 of 2020 to have steered our business through the Covid19 situation, re-designed a Channel Strategy and built an effective SDR / internalSales model. Even for me this was unchartered waters during covid but I feel it was a great job for our customers and staff.I truly make a difference to businesses and people.
