A dynamic, hands-on management professional with over 20-year career in the Timeshare/Real Estate industry Mr. Heilmann experience includes all aspects of the business, from construction, financing, sales & marketing to operations and management; building strong Marketing teams in multi cultural and multi lingual environments from the ground up as well as restructuring established, albeit stagnant, organizations. He worked prior in senior management positions in Europe and the US.
