About Gordon MacAulay

November 27, 2018 represents Day 1 working for Collins Aerosapce, a division of RTX. Since April 2024 I’ve been responsible for Collins Aerospace Oxygen $ Passenger Service Units global operations. From November 2020 to April 2024 I was the Site Leader for the Ice Protection business out of the Collins Aerospace site in Union, West Virginia. March 2016 through November 2020 I've had P&L responsibility and management direction of the sales, manufacturing, and distribution of aerospace interior structural panels at the Corona, CA facility. Prior to this, I spent four years supporting the new division start-up of B/E Aerospace, Inc. specializing in organization development, Lean manufacturing, and quality assurance systems integration. As an independent consultant, I partnered with Interactive Training Systems on an organization transformation initiative at a major manufacturer in the greater Cincinnati area. Prior to that I worked with Ford Motor Company for 20 years. My experiences include: executive / leadership coaching on lean manufacturing principles; strategic deployment of standard work disciplines throughout North American Manufacturing Operations; organization and cultural transformation change management; human resources development; national and local UAW/Ford collective bargain negotiations; production and operational management at Woodhaven Stamping Plant; new model launch planning and training leadership; international service experience in Brazil; leadership and curriculum development for Asia/Pacific Operations joint ventures; instructional design, development, and evaluation of the North American Apprenticeship program; and technical training management for Machine Tool Suppliers. In addition, I spent eight years in the health care industry, specifically in psychiatric inpatient treatment centers. I specialized in: hospital administrative and staff leadership development; launch/startup of new psychiatric units, patient education, and direct inpatient care.
