I am a chartered surveying and insurance professional holding MCIOB, AssocRICS and CertCILA qualifications in addition to a BSc Building Surveying degree. I possess extensive experience in project management and building defect diagnosis, including forensic investigation, mitigation and repair techniques, specialising in end-to-end complex and high value subsidence claims management having spent the majority of the past decade working in this space, including management of a field team. Prior experience includes the management of multi million pound major works budgets for prestigious mixed use and high end residential properties in Central London and the West End delivering planned repair, maintenance and improvement works. I am a strong operational leader with a pragmatic approach, with a demonstrated history of building strong relationships through effective cross colaboration with stakeholders of all levels to achieve a common goal. I have a proven track record of success and I am confident of my skills, knowledge and ability but constantly look to further challenge and develop myself.
