I have been working on a client account since May 2013. As part of the the account management team I was on boarded to set up the risk and issue management process on the account. I successfully moved this into BAU and offshored the role in Jan 2014. I then became the account cost manager, responsible for tracking both labour and non-labour costs against the service delivery model and service line forecast. This involved working closely with the service line delivery teams on a regular basis, identifying cost take out opportunities and managing the activities to ensure the cost targets are met. The Supplier Management activities I perform on the account included management of renewals, regular performance reviews with the suppliers, cost reviews, which included areas for improvement and cost reduction. I was responsible for carrying out a complete review of SLA's between our vendors, IBM and the client. I perform numerous other activities on the account such as Hardware and Software Asset Management, Security Due Diligence, account focal for audits, implementing EU Model Claus Agreements, managing the baseline management process which supports customer billing. I am a consistent high performer, always eager to learn and take on additional/new responsibilities and this has been reflected in my annual management review. I have no issues with travel and have been doing this throughout my career.
