I have extensive experience of leading dynamic teams delivering quality engineering designs for challenging public and private sector clients during difficult financial times. I am a proficient multi-disciplinary project manager who is experienced in mentoring and motivating others. I have sound team working, organisational and communication abilities, and consider myself a people person with excellent interpersonal skills. I have demonstrated dedication to my career, honest hard work and high achievement and have proven to be an adaptable quick learner and a capable problem solver. As Project Manager I have always been at the centre of project design, liaising with the all stakeholders including client teams to ensure deliverables are met and implemented successfully, while providing financial success of the project controlling or exceeding budgets set. Through project designs, I have always strived for innovation, especially in providing solutions to initial identified issues, these innovative designs are then developed to unlock new markets. I am eager to develop my skill set further in order to pursue a Senior Role within the oil and gas industry
