Commercial leader with two decades of experience in the technology, medical technology, software and AI space. My career progression has taken me through commercial roles in sales and commercial leadership into Product Management and marketing. A strategic thinker, I am extremely customer centric and base decisions first and foremost on how to create, improve and market innovations that truly connect with customers needs. I am always happiest when I have projects and teams to lead and problems to solve. I take satisfaction from finding the balance of creating innovations that provide exceptional value for the company and customers alike. I am an excellent communicator and through leading multiple cross functional project teams, I can seamlessly manage communication between departments like sales, R&D, software development, marketing, executive management and regulatory affairs. My overarching passion, is addressing the challenge of creating and bringing to market value driven solutions to complex problems and inspiring teams to push for success even in the face of long odds.
