About Gordon Treanor

With over 25 years of international experience in the Drinks industry, I am a visionary and entrepreneurial leader who has delivered exceptional results across multiple businesses in Managing Director and Functional Leadership roles. I have a proven track record of driving transformational growth, leading mergers and acquisitions, and managing full P&L responsibilities for iconic brands in diverse markets. Most recently, I pioneered the establishment of Lion's global drinks business in Europe and Asia, integrating three businesses, building a strong platform of distinctive beer, wine and spirits brands and leading a diverse team through the pandemic. I have extensive board experience as a director for Heaps Normal, Remedy Drinks and Schibello Coffee Group, and I have completed the Certified Chair™ Executive Program at the Advisory Board Centre. I am passionate about creating and executing consumer and customer-centric strategies, fostering an inclusive and engaged culture, and delivering outstanding outcomes for stakeholders. Having now returned to Australia, I am excited to be joining the Suntory Oceania team as we set out to build the leading multi-beverage business in ANZ. Our combined $3bn portfolio of over 40 market-leading brands includes Suntory -196, Jim Beam, Canadian Club, Markers Mark and The House of Suntory range.
