I have 35 years’ experience in the industry across a wide range of market sectors and environments, with commercial and technical knowledge and expertise. As Glasgow Office Commercial Director I have had many years of leadership accountability and responsibility for the P+L Account / Monthly Project Summary Cost reports, staff, all HR, BD management, bid stage gate management, managing key PM, QS, BS, Risk & Value and responsible for all service delivery in all sectors including education, housing/residential, transport, healthcare and industry. I have been the Regional Healthcare and hub Scotland lead and key client stakeholder, PM and QS manager in various sectors and frameworks including, hub Scotland, SCAPE, higher, secondary, primary and nursery education, housing, commercial, industry, blue light and healthcare using various forms of contract including SBC/JCT, NEC 3, PPC As director leading Glasgow I have been a key figure in the North and Scotland managing key objectives and targets of the regional business strategy. This included, but not limited to, the following- 1. Business finance revenues, profit, margin, utilisation, risks 2. Establishing Office Business Plans 3. Strategic Targets and opportunities 4. This role comprised business development across the country with public sector participants.
