As a bilingual claims customer service representative, I provide efficient and courteous service to clients and claimants in both English and Spanish. I handle complex and sensitive inquiries, verify coverage and benefits, and process claims payments. I have over 10+ years of experience in customer service, working with Omni Interactions, Kelly Services as an Apple Chat customer service and U-Haul before joining PMA Companies. I have developed strong skills in customer engagement, customer support, and customer experience, as well as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. I enjoy helping people and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I am passionate about learning and improving my knowledge and skills in the insurance industry as well as in Cyber security. I continue to brought my Horizon and continuing my education through Coursera courses in the Google certificate programs. I’m not just open to helping my service clients but neighbors. I do not see them as a regular call but Neighbor calling in need from another neighbor that is willing to go the extra mile.
