With a unique background combining philosophy, computer science and business administration and 25+ years of experience from Tech, I excel at analysing complex issues and creating impactful concepts and plans. I thrive and get energized when I can move things forward. I've spend most of my career as a partner building ProActive (now Fellowmind) from a minor Microsoft-specialist into a diversified and market leading Microsoft partner. My roles have been both technical (architect, technical project manager, director of technology) and business oriented (COO, director, partner). I have excelled especially in Business Development and sales, where I have successfully build several new business areas and landed hundreds of customers through the years. Recently at Fellowmind, my leadership in strategic projects has been pivotal in developing a robust Managed Services value proposition, leading to a substantial increase in revenue. My focus on streamlining offerings and enhancing operational efficiency aligns with the company's growth ambitions. With a hands-on approach to sales and service delivery, my strategies have more than doubled Managed Services revenue, solidifying our market position.
