Firstly Making Plant Maintenance Module Basic Structure and Approved by Top Management. Create Module for both Tiles & Sanitary Ware by IT Team and implementation to Factory for Production Process Smoothened with also Proper Documentation System & Make strong Database for in-future usage such as Analyzing and Development Purpose. Finally, To Calculate Overall Production flow with Quantity and also including Cost of individual Section, Production Module Structural Design and Successfully Developed by IT Team. Quantity match with Individual Section’s Production as per different Unit of Measurement (UOM) by following SOP. All Requisitions of Total Plant’s make their individual requests of Materials through Online EMRS (Electronic Material Requisition System), which makes a paperless work and also with Proper time management & documentation too. Also follow up Store Department with it’s Inventory Management & Keeping the flow upwards the stock of Raw Materials, Spare Parts, Other Consumable Items etc.
