About Gourav Kumar

Hi, I’m Gourav – someone who enjoys working with people, solving real-world problems, and learning something new every day.Right now, I’m working as an Executive – Import Coordinator at Ryder Shipping Lines Pvt. Ltd, where I handle day-to-day coordination for import shipments and ensure clients get timely and smooth service. Logistics is fast-paced, and I love how it keeps me on my toes. Before this, I was at InsuranceDekho as a Sales Executive in health insurance. It was a rewarding role where I got to guide people through important decisions about their health coverage and help them find plans that really worked for them.Across both roles, one thing has stayed constant; my focus on clear communication, customer satisfaction, and staying calm when things get challenging. I take pride in being someone people can count on, whether it’s in a logistics chain or during an insurance consultation.I’m always looking to grow, connect with new people, and explore new opportunities. Feel free to reach out - I’m available!
