IT support- new developments/initiative and process improvement in system for better Transport Management. Led & successfully implemented Establishing EDI to print LRs will increase speed n accuracy. This will help dispatch invoiced material on the same day even during the peak dispatch times. Reconciliation of bills submitted by service providers with TAT reports & forwards same to accounts. Controlling Transit Damage / accounting & recovering cost from Transporter/insurance. Responsible for all Supply Chain Analytic, KPIs and Dashboards; including Data Mining and Analysis Have led project teams and discussions with CEO levels. Currently leading the Network Optimization and S & OP work streams from Raymond side in a project with Accenture Consultants.
