About Gouri Rajesh

I'm a Master's student in Computer Science at Northeastern University, with experience spanning software engineering, data infrastructure and machine learning systems. I enjoy building reliable, scalable solutions, whether that's optimizing backend services, designing data pipelines or developing ML models for production use.My professional experience has taken me across industries and continents. At Cloud Circus in Japan, I worked within a multicultural team to build real-time analytics systems and scalable ETL pipelines using PySpark and AWS (Glue, Redshift, Kinesis), delivering actionable insights on user behavior. At Mirakl, I developed AI-driven automation tools and became a trusted contributor for preparing data deliverables ahead of key leadership meetings, consistently meeting tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy. On the technical side, I work primarily in Python and Java with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS), data engineering and ML frameworks. I'm equally comfortable writing efficient backend code as I am training and deploying models. What I bring: a methodical approach to problem-solving, experience collaborating across functions and cultures and a track record of delivering under pressure. I communicate clearly, take ownership of my work and care deeply about the quality of what I ship.I'm currently seeking full-time opportunities as a Software Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer. If you're building systems that need to be both technically sound and practically impactful, I'd welcome a conversation.
