Practice and Experience: I have been practiced as an advocate from to 2006 in Kovvur Bar Association and attended civil and criminal courts in overall West Godavari and East Godavari Districts under able guidance of Sri M.Mallikharjuna Rao who was Senior Advocate in Kovvur Bar Association, who is also standing council for State Bank of India, other Banks in Kovvur Bar Association, Kovvur, West Godavari. Subsequently, I have joined in Shriram City Union Finance Ltd I used to go through the property documents submitted by the customers who approached Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for SME, Trade Finance, Home Finance and other business. I Should have an experience of doing Title Verification of property documents and pertaining link documents should have given the Legal Opinion or advice on Security creation and on the property. I Should have extensive knowledge on Titles, Wills, Mortgages, Encumbrances etc and updated knowledge of property laws. I Should have been involved with Corporate Arrangements and Appraisals structured for Corporate for a fee. Must have handled compliance issues, Must have done drafting and structuring of various lending arrangements with builders. Drafting of Retail Loan Agreements Drafting replies for Legal Notices and Attending Police Stations and Hon’ble Courts and Providing Legal updates to the regions from time to time
