About Gowri Senthil

With over 24 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and dedicated school principal at Rashtrotthana Parishat, a nonprofit organization that aims to provide holistic and value-based education to underprivileged children. I have been leading the school since December 2023, after serving as the principal of Sri Chaitanya Schools for more than eight years, where I successfully implemented innovative and learner-centered curricula, increased student enrollment and retention, and improved academic performance and teacher quality. I have also been the head of the English faculty at National Public School, where I coached and mentored the teachers and students in developing their language and literature skills. My core competencies include school management, curriculum design and development, skill development, teacher training, and student engagement. I believe in empowering and inspiring the students and the staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the society. I am always eager to learn new things and collaborate with other educators and stakeholders to enhance the quality and impact of education.
