I’m a researcher working at the forefront of oligonucleotide-based therapies, leveraging the power of nucleic acids (ASOs, siRNA, miRNA, aptamers) to develop innovative treatments for genetic and rare diseases. My expertise spans from design and optimization of oligos, to in vitro/in vivo delivery strategies, and mechanism-of-action validation. With hands-on experience in: Designing sequence-specific oligonucleotides for gene silencing or modulation Chemical modification and stability enhancement Targeted delivery (lipid nanoparticles, conjugates, etc.) Molecular biology assays (qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, etc.) Preclinical validation in cell lines and animal models I’m passionate about translating molecular insights into real-world therapies, bridging science and patient need.
