About Gowtham Senthilkumar

I'm passionate about the intersection of data, automation, and manufacturing—leveraging advanced analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and simulation modeling, to streamline operations and improve productivity. My approach combines human-centric upgrades with cutting-edge technology, all backed by solid statistical analysis and process optimization techniques (and a few experiments with coffee). I’ve worked across high-throughput production, quality control, and automation-driven improvements, using: Data-Driven Process Optimization – Applied Design of Experiments (DOE), ANOVA, and workflow mapping using Minitab, Python, and CAD modeling to uncover inefficiencies and guide automation investments Automation & Smart Manufacturing – Explored computer vision & 3D scanning to empower defect detection, paving the way for additive manufacturing-based repairs Simulation & Digital Twins – Building a digital twin in FlexSim to analyze bottlenecks in a recycling facility, aiming to identify 25–30% efficiency gains Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations Leadership – Independently led warehouse improvements, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations while optimizing daily operations Whether it's analyzing a production line, designing experiments to troubleshoot quality issues, or integrating automation to reduce waste, I’m always excited to find practical, scalable solutions that shape manufacturing towards being smarter, faster, and more sustainable. Outside of work, I’m usually reading, watching fútbol, or deep in a Disney+ binge. Got a book, show, or movie recommendation?
