Former full time functional Director (Presidential appointee) of MMTC Ltd,(Group A PSU of Government of India) and its subsidiary in Singapore MTPL. Over three decades of corporate exposure in various facets of International Trading in critical sectors like minerals, fertilizers, agro-products, precious metals including gems & jewellery, non-ferrous metals, coal & hydrocarbons and steel. 10 years Faculty exposure in International Trade Logistics, Global Sourcing for Business Development & International Trade Operations with Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, GITAM University and other leading Business schools. Was actively involved at IIFT in organizing various executive development/capacity building programs for various Third World Countries under India-Africa Summit, sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. Visited various African countries including South Africa, Egypt, Botswana, Ethiopia, Senegal, and Tanzania for delivering these programs. Also while at IIFT, extensively associated with various Management Development Programs (MDPs) organized for senior business executives in India involved in international trading, export promotion, oil and gas exploration, and manufacturing sectors for corporates like MMTC, STC, PEC, FIEO, ONGC, OVL, and BHEL. This involved structuring course contents and preparing reading materials based or organizational needs.
