About Grace Abbick

I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with experience spanning public safety, education, and communications. Currently serving as a Dispatcher for the Fayetteville Police Department, I excel at staying calm under pressure, managing complex information, and providing exceptional support in fast-paced environments. My background also includes roles in recruiting, customer service, and teaching—both in the U.S. and France—where I developed strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. I’m passionate about connecting people, fostering understanding, and creating systems that help others succeed. I thrive in roles that demand adaptability, empathy, and precision, and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow and make a meaningful impact through effective communication and service.
