About Grace Akl

Over the last 12 years, I have worked in three different countries with a variety of students' and teachers' cultures, attitudes, and backgrounds; this unique exposure allowed me to gain diversity of skills to deal with a plethora of situations. My strong educational background (BA, TD, MSc), Principles-based life, and multicultural and multitasking experience have refined my counselling and educational management Tools in ways that allow to adapt to the different problems and circumstances that constitute an everyday challenge in the Educational industry. Arbitrary opinions must play no role in the 21st century educational systems; thus, my counselling and managerial tools are based on- Being Proactive by taking control and not leaving things to chance - Thinking with the end in mind through smart planning - Organizing Priorities and focusing on the Results of few selected items that worth concentrating on - Thinking Win-Win through contributing to the Whole and by taking the surrounding environment into account - Utilizing Strengths and properly managing Weaknesses (of individual situations based on thorough study and analysis by utilizing business-management-like tools adapted by myself to fit Educational Psychology and Counselling needs)- Understanding, trusting, and being trusted - Positive Thinking My Motto: Principles-Based Educational Counselling for a Brighter Future
