About Grace Allen

With over five years of work experience in various roles related to politics, advocacy, and community service, I am passionate about promoting diversity, democracy, and social justice. As the 1st Vice Chair at the First Congressional District Democratic Party of Wisconsin and the Vice Chair at the Latino Caucus, I work with different stakeholders to increase voter engagement, representation, and participation among marginalized groups. I also serve as a Board Trustee at the Racine Public Library, where I support the library's mission of providing access to information, education, and culture for all. I have developed strong leadership, communication, and mediation skills, as evidenced by my certifications from Gateway Technical College and De Paul University. I am also a licensed real estate sales associate, and I use my social networking, sales promotion, and brand awareness skills to help clients find their ideal properties. I am always eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to positive social change.
