Hi, I’m Grace. A creative communicator, strategic thinker and passionate storyteller with a habit of always asking “what if?” I’ve built my career on adaptability; moving across industries, countries and challenges with curiosity and a deep love for meaningful work. Whether leading teams, managing comms projects or juggling multiple priorities, I’m at my best when I’m making sense of the messy, simplifying the complex and creating clarity where it counts. At SmartPA, I support our organisation’s rapid growth through content creation, internal and external comms and cross-functional collaboration. From shaping messaging strategies to delivering high-impact email campaigns, I bring a calm, people-first mindset to fast-paced environments and always balancing creativity with clear, measurable outcomes. Before this, I led teams and supported clients in the health and public service sectors where I championed holistic engagement, inclusive leadership and a whole-of-person approach to support. I care deeply about the 'how' behind the work — the culture, the energy, the values — and I’m passionate about contributing to workplaces that feel distinctly human. I’m also a photographer, art history lover and recovering over-thinker with a soft spot for solo travel, meaningful conversations, my ever-growing to-be-read pile and a really good flat white.
