About Grace-Ann Jackson

I love selling and it brings about sense of comfort/joy knowing that I helped someone by matching their need to a product to make them financially better off. That did it for me! I have always found it gratifying to see individuals flourish knowing that I positively impacted their growth. What further ignited this flame even more was when i was trusted the responsibility of mentoring a teammate and he excelled so much that he not only became one of the top persons on the team but was later promoted and continued his professional journey as a Banking Officer. This inspired me not only grow as a Sales Professional but to transition to the of role Supervisor; Customer Solutions. This job allows me to combine my love of sales and the skills developed over the years as well as the passion I have to nurture and develop young customer service and sales officers to reach and exceed their potential.
