About Grace Asuncion

My mission is to help create a more impactful experience for myself and the team I work with. Being a manager for many years has allowed me to view the areas of opportunities of team dynamics. I've used those experiences to guide me to techniques and important values I hold myself to when managing a team. From these experiences, I adapt to a growth mindset and continue to teach the values I have learned along the way. I received my course certification from Arizona State University on Learning How to Learn for Youth and Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from University of Virginia Darden. Through my education and work experiences, I contribute to my team to bring positivity, critique, understanding/acceptance and unlearning unhelpful traits to impact a better team dynamic and psychological safety. I currently serve as an active member for the DEI and philanthropy committee.
