About Grace Bambury

Currently a 4th-year Medical Student at Keele University. I have a keen interest in Prehospital medicine and emergency Anaesthetics. I was recently awarded an RAF Medical Cadetship. I became a Bank Medical Assistant at UHNM in June 2023 to maintain my practical skill competencies. I also like to do observer shifts with the West Midlands Ambulance Service, it offers me a great opportunity to apply my knowledge and get involved in hands-on learning. A lot of my spare time is spent in the cricket world. Although I don't play nearly as much as I used to I am a part of the Milford Hall Women's team, which is currently in the local premier league. When I previously represented my county (Staffordshire) I was lucky to be a part of the under-15s team which won the 2016 National championship and the 2017 Stoke sports personality team of the year. Keele also supports my sporting career by allowing me to be a part of the talented athlete program. In 2021 I became the youngest person to officiate professional cricket, and this year I have had the honour of being a part of some amazing tournaments including the Charlotte Edwards Cup, the Rachel Heyhoe Flint trophy and The Hundred.
