About Grace Baylis

With a strong foundation in strategy and transformation, I have 4 years of experience in management consulting and financial services. Most recently, as a Senior Associate in the US Strategy team at Royal Bank of Canada, I collaborated with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise strategy and planning, delivering cohesive and impactful outcomes. At RBC, I led multiple strategic initiatives, including crafting the US Enterprise Board Strategy, developing a go-to-market strategy for a new product line, and driving a comprehensive Commercial Banking strategy across multiple business lines. My role required meticulous project management, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with senior leadership. Prior to RBC, I spent two years at BNP Paribas working closely with Bank of the West, where I honed my analytical skills and ability to use data to tell a cohesive story. I graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Public and International Affairs, where I also captained the varsity field hockey team. I serve on the Executive Committee of the Princeton University Alumni community and on the Steering Committee for our upcoming LGBTQ+ conference. Additionally, I founded Paws in the Presidio, an annual fundraiser supporting Bay Area animal shelters. I am now seeking my next role in the sports industry or at a smaller start-up, where I can make a significant impact.
