About Grace Budihardja

Hi there! My name is Grace, and I am a driven and results-oriented Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. With a degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, I am always looking for ways to optimize efficiency and streamline processes in any industry. My experience working in both the pharma and automotive industries has given me unique insights into the challenges faced by businesses today. I am a certified PSM 1 and Lean Six Sigma professional, showcasing my dedication to improving processes and driving results. My past projects also exposed me to vendor management, relationship management as well as account management. During my time interning at Manulife, I developed my problem-solving skills by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency. Beyond my professional achievements, I am a people person at heart. I enjoy volunteering and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, refining my communication and coordination skills. Whether it's coordinating events at my church or working with non-profits, I relish the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive impact. In my downtime, I love playing music and exploring new places through travel (pre-Covid). I'm always eager to learn new things and expand my skill sets, so I'm constantly seeking new opportunities to broaden my horizons.
