About Grace Burnes

I am a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) student at RMIT with a passion for people, communication and meaningful work. With over three years of experience as an Administration Assistant at Nabenet (Altius Group), I’ve developed a strong foundation in stakeholder communication, inbox and data management, and report preparation, all within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Outside of work, I’ve held leadership roles within the RMIT University Snow Sports Club (RUSS), including Vice President and Social Media Manager. My roles involved growing our digital presence, significantly increasing our membership to be the largest social club at RMIT, and building a comprehensive information hub for members. I thrive when balancing structure with creativity. Known for my empathetic and outgoing communication style and proactive mindset, I enjoy working with others and bringing clarity and energy to every task I take on. With a strong foundation in administration, stakeholder engagement, and digital communication, I enjoy applying my skills in a variety of ways and am excited for the future!
