About Grace Call

I am a current junior student at Fordham University studying Art History interested in curatorial work.I am passionate about art and its power as a tool of expression. Due to this passion, I helped to reestablish my high school photo club to create a space for students to express themselves through photography. I coordinated weekly meetings to teach club members about art principles, how to operate cameras, as well as provided them with prompts to take photos on their own. Last year, I had the opportunity to participate in a Museum Studies course which was rooted in hands-on experience with Fordham University’s collection of Greek, Etruscan, and Roman art. As a student in this class I was able to gain experience handling pieces of Roman art and visually analyzing their forms. Additionally, I had the opportunity to curate an exhibition with my fellow students. Both of these experiences cemented my interest in serving the arts, and I am looking forward to finding career opportunities in artistic curation.
