I thrive when given the opportunity to work cross-functionally, focusing on collaboration and process optimization. I've had the privilege to deliver impactful results for an array of clients spanning Retail, Financial Services, and CPG. I have experience working in both client- and vendor-side organizations, opportunities which have shaped me into a strategic problem solver. I am able to deftly articulate collaborative and creative solutions to meet a variety of needs for clients and my own organization alike. Grounded in my academic background in Public Health, I am driven by a core belief that “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” In my career to date, this has translated to proactive process review; I use qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps and opportunities, enhancing efficiencies to facilitate stronger cross-functional collaboration. In my experience navigating challenges over the life of projects, a team that operates with a clear set of expected standards in place is best equipped to address the unexpected when it does come up.
