About Grace Conaway

I have been employed at Domino’s Pizza for 1 and 1/2 years and have been the recipient of two managerial promotions in this time. I am the current Senior Assistant Manager and Chief Training Officer in my franchise. I am the most passionate about team leading and training and I love my job as a manager and the opportunity I get to follow my interests in this area. I love the experience that I am getting in business and I would love to move up in the company to a corporate position in the future. I admire the company and what it stands for, including its large contributions to St. Judes Children’s Hospital. I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in business management at The Ohio State University at Mansfield to further my business knowledge. I have been involved in many volunteer activities in the past as well, including work with Mission Twenty-Five 35 in the Dominican Republic. I love helping people and serving in ministry and leadership roles.
