About Grace Dascoli

I am employed part-time at the Wilson Flying Diamond Ranch as both a ranch hand and an operating manager of Flying Diamond Beef, a direct-to-consumer beef brand. My involvement with Flying Diamond Beef is diverse, including customer service, inventory management, new business development, grant writing and management, and shipping/order fulfillment. I am responsible for the website development and maintenance, including email marketing, and I contribute to the social media platforms. As a ranch hand, I assist with cattle work, including moving cattle, health protocols, grounds maintenance, and general ranch projects. This year, I have started in a new role as a bookkeeper for Branaugh Law Offices, P.C. I am managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and completing all other bookkeeping functions as needed. This new endeavor has been a great application of my administrative and business skills, and I am eager to continue to develop my abilities in this role. I am also employed part-time (seasonally) by my photography business, Moments by Grace LLC. I have operated Moments by Grace for 9 years. At this time, I am mostly focused on wedding and couples photography, but I am also continuing to take other sessions as the opportunities arise. Operating my own small business has given me skills and experience that have translated well into helping other small businesses like Flying Diamond Beef thrive. I prioritize the customer experience, manage my resources well, and strive for growth in my profits and the personal enjoyment I gain from this business.
