About Grace Deitsch

I'm a 2022 graduate from the University of Notre Dame, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Theology, with a strong academic record and a passion for community engagement. Currently, I'm leveraging my skills as an Employer Engagement Specialist at the University of Notre Dame, where I manage relationships with 400+ STEM industry employers and lead the organization of successful career fair events. In my current role, I've not only facilitated connections between students and employers but also exceeded registration numbers at career fairs. Furthermore, I've organized a remarkable 35 non-Career Fair related events in the 2022-2023 academic year, 82 non-Career Fair related events in the 2023-2024 academic year, and developed partnerships with 20+ new dream employers. This experience fuels my aspirations to pursue a career in higher education, where I can continue to guide and empower the next generation of students. Beyond my professional pursuits, I've gained valuable experience as a dedicated caregiver, a catechist helping young learners understand their faith, and a summer camp counselor, fostering environmental education for kids. My diverse experiences reflect my commitment to learning, service, and making a positive impact on those around me
