I am an accomplished manager at EY’s Transformation Delivery Practice. With over 13 years of experience in regulatory environments and a strong background in programme and project management. Since joining EY in January 2018, I have honed my expertise in business analysis, project management, and transformation delivery, particularly within the government sector. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Development & Food Policy and am currently pursuing a diploma in Agricultural Business. Additionally, I have earned certifications in Prince 2 and Sigma Lean – Yellow Belt, which further enhance my capabilities in risk and issue management, mentoring, and leading teams of compliance specialists in highly regulated settings. In my current role, I have successfully led significant transformation projects, including serving as PMO Lead for a Large Semi-State Offshore Wind project. My contributions included developing implementation plans for regulatory decisions, facilitating negotiations, and managing risk and governance processes. I have also executed data protection and compliance initiatives for a large transport client, ensuring adherence to GDPR and managing Freedom of Information requests. My experience extends to my tenure with a government department, where I developed a consolidated project plan for the Renewables Taskforce, aligning actions and timelines across various sectors. I provided strategic advice on progress and risks, facilitating skills transfer to departmental staff, which reflects my commitment to capacity building. Before joining EY, I worked with notable organizations like Abtran, focusing on system improvements and compliance initiatives. I am passionate about fostering an inclusive work culture and mentoring junior staff, which underscores my dedication to operational excellence and effective governance.
