About Grace Durham

I’m a program and enablement leader with 9+ years of experience designing systems, workflows, and professional learning that help teams adopt new practices with clarity and consistency. My work centers on translating strategy into repeatable processes, building documentation and tools that reduce ambiguity, and using data to drive informed decision‑making.Across my roles, I’ve led multi‑cycle initiatives, supported cross‑functional teams, and created resources that strengthen implementation at scale. I bring deep experience in adult learning, curriculum and instructional systems, change management, and stakeholder communication.I thrive in environments where clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement matter — and I’m energized by roles that allow me to build systems, support adoption, and improve outcomes for the teams I serve.
