There are three pillars to my current role: • Create engaging content that makes you want to talk to us. • Translate corporate speak to human language to be accessible to all. • Strategise, organise, plan and, on occasion, herd some cats. I take the complicated ideas and theories (and jargon) that are banded around the L&D world and make them easy for anyone to digest. That could be in a social post, a blog, a case study or a page on the website. Either way, it all involves careful planning using core SEO principles, a creative brain and a bit of patience. ‍When I’m not typing 90 words/minute, you can find me in the kitchen. Glass of wine in hand. Food is my biggest passion and greatest love – no one tell my husband. I create heaps of content for my own audience across my blog, Instagram and TikTok including written word, photography and videography. I’m very proud to be a published recipe writer and food stylist, with my work focusing on accessible recipes for lazy girls. From time to time, I might be spotted at a race track (usually WEC, hopefully F1 some day soon) and, if it’s a Sunday, you can certainly find me on the sofa with snacks waiting to hear Crofty say those 7 spine-tingling words I always have been and will always be for the girlies You will notice from my content that women’s rights, feminism, equality and ending violence against women & girls are all things I care very deeply about.
