As the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs at Boston University, I oversee the development and implementation of academic policies, programs, and initiatives that support the university's mission and vision. I have more than 13 years of experience in this role, and I hold a Master of Science degree and a certificate in Project Management from Boston University, as well as a certificate in Administrative Fellowship Program from Harvard University. I excel at collaborating with faculty, students, and administrators across academic and medical departments, as well as external partners and stakeholders, to identify needs, solve problems, and achieve goals. I have strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and analytical thinking, which enable me to manage complex projects and programs, facilitate change, and enhance quality and efficiency. I enjoy creating and fostering relationships, leading and developing teams, and supporting innovation and excellence in academic affairs.
