About Grace Fundaro

My greatest passion is communication. Human expression distinguishes us from anything else in creation, and it is through that expression that we are able to create, innovate, challenge ideas, relate to others, and ultimately grow as contributing members of society. Isn't it brilliant that even now, this statement is a form of expression, inviting you to craft your own opinion about what is being said? All this to say, it is the vocalization of thought and the ability to communicate that has crafted the professional that I am today. I have been blessed to work in the non-profit arena, where I was able to serve in the community through presenting and discussing hard truths about our world today. I have worked in human resources, where clarity in deliberation and transparency is paramount to the flow of daily operations. Before any of that, I was raised working in the fast-paced restaurant industry, where efficient and effective communication was the only path to spectacular service. These particular experiences have led me to the position I am in today, working with Blue Flame Minerals. I am honored to be a part of a team that values the exchange of ideas, prioritizes thoughtful responses, and thrives on intentional understanding. Finding a career is a winding and, at times, elusive path. Regardless, I attribute all of my achievements - both socially and professionally - to learning and appreciating the art of communicating as a child. The skills I honed through theatre, dance, music, and athletics gave me the groundwork to enter the working world with self-confidence and accountability. As a co-founder of Central Arkansas Youth Arts Collective (CAYAC), it is my dream to empower children with that same opportunity.
