About Grace Gering

As a fine art floral designer, I provide all clients with a personalized experience and custom designs for their events. Being a business owner at a young age has taught me more about people and how the world operates than anyone could have taught me beforehand. Six years of entrepreneurship has kept me learning skill sets from bookkeeping and copywriting to wholesale markets and customer relations. With equal experience in the realm of hospitality, both public and private sectors, I hold much of my success to my work ethic and life balance. As a graduate of Augustana University, I am a well rounded individual who possess skills from strong online marketing knowledge to being a classically trained harpist. I have developed wonderful adaptability with my years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and operate best in flexible, fast-paced environments in need of problem solving. A quick learner always wanting to know more, compassion is what drives me in the all aspects of my life, especially in my management style. My organizational skills provide a good foundation to handle any situation that may arise.
