About Grace Groves

I am a student at the University of Southern California, studying Music Industry and Cinematic Arts, and graduating in May 2024. Currently, I am a Music Sync Intern for Artist Network Agency, where I edit and verify metadata for the songs in the agency's catalogue. I help to organize the agency's Dropbox and DISCO databases to make our catalogue appealing for Music Supervisors. In the spring, I will begin a new position as an intern at WaterTower Records, a division under Warner Pictures. I am thrilled to start working for this wonderful team and look forward to my future career in sync! Earlier this year, I worked as the Music Supervisor on a USC Games thesis project titled "Last Broadcast". For this project, I sourced artists and drafted contracts to create a 16-song soundtrack, which serves as a beautiful compliment to this thought provoking game."Last Broadcast" is currently available to play for free on Steam. In the spring, I will be the Music Supervisor on another project, a USC School of Cinematic Arts short film titled "Made in America". I am also a live audio engineer for USC's on-campus venues. I am the student Lead Audio Technician at USC's Trojan Event Services, where I manage my team of around 40 student technicians. I love to teach and share my knowledge, so this student position has been very rewarding! The job includes interviewing, hiring, training, promoting, and active on-shift management.
